Short bio:
Shiralee is a pioneer in the exhibition of new media in Australia. She was a founder of An Installation Publication, New Media Network and The Basement Project. She was Artistic Director of Experimenta Media Arts and, with James Harley, initiated Interact. She has worked as a curator, producer and developer for ABC and SBS. Currently she is the editor of Second Nature: Journal of Creative Media, co-founder of Curiosity Cabinet, a content-sharing network, lectures in RMIT's Games Programme and has several curatorial projects on the boil.
